We’re delighted to share that our team member Prof. Pedja Mihailovic recently participated in the 17th Photonics Workshop, where he delivered an invited talk titled “Directions in all-optical computing with an emphasis on the Fabry Perot laser-lock-in approach.”
The event brought together esteemed participants from leading institutions, including Prof. Vladan Vuletic from the MIT-Harvard Center for Ultracold Atoms, Prof. Caslav Brukner from the Institute for Quantum Optics and Quantum Information (IQOQI) Vienna, Prof. Vlatko Vedral from the University of Oxford, Prof. Stanko Tomic, FinstP from the University of Salford, and Prof. Goran Mashanovich from the University of Southampton.
During his presentation, Prof. Mihailović showcased the outcomes of the ORCA-lab project, highlighting the potential applications in the design of digital all-optical computers. It was an honor to be part of such a prestigious event and to contribute to the advancement of photonics research.
