Successful laboratory results for ORCA-lab

๐Ÿ“ฃ We are pleased to share a significant milestone ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ from the ORCA-lab project team. Our laboratory has successfully conducted experiments demonstrating reconfigurable nonlinearity, marking an important advancement in our research.

We would like to acknowledge the diligent efforts of our experimental team, including Petar Atanasijeviฤ‡ and Mladen Banovic, whose hard work contributed to the successful realization of this experiment. We are grateful for their dedication and expertise.

Additionally, we would like to recognize the insightful theoretical predictions made by Jasna Crnjanski, Marko Krstiฤ‡, and Dejan Gvozdiฤ‡, in collaboration with our esteemed partners at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), PhD Angelina Totoviฤ‡ and Prof. Nikos Pleros. Their contributions have laid the groundwork for our experimental work. You can find more details in our research paper: https://lnkd.in/dQEJb_W8

In the upcoming days, we have planned a visit to Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), where we will have the opportunity to utilize state-of-the-art instrumentation to further scale our experiments to higher speeds. This collaboration holds great potential for advancing our understanding of neuromorphic photonics.

We extend our gratitude to all team members and collaborators for their valuable contributions to this achievement. Stay tuned for further updates as we continue our research journey.
