We are delighted to share the experience of our team member, Jasna Crnjanski, who recently was a guest speaker at the Winter High School Camp organised by Science and Engineering Center “PFE” in Tršić. Jasna delivered a captivating lecture on “Semiconductor Technologies for Electronics and Photonics”.
During the lecture, Jasna dedicated special attention to showcasing the latest achievements in building elements for optical computers and hardware accelerators in the field of neuromorphic photonics. The aim was to bridge the gap between complex concepts and the understanding of these innovative technologies, making them accessible to all, including young aspiring scientists.
Promoting science education and engaging with high school students hold tremendous significance for our team and the ORCA-lab project. We firmly believe that nurturing the curiosity and knowledge of young minds at an early stage is crucial for creating awareness about the importance of scientific advancements in addressing real-life challenges.
Thank you Science and Engineering Center “PFE” for providing us with the opportunity to contribute to the students’ educational journey. Witnessing their enthusiasm and passion for learning reaffirmed the significance of educational initiatives such as Winter High School Camp. It is through collaborative efforts like these that we can inspire and empower the next generation of scientists and innovators.
